In January 2022 I broke out to be full-time freelance, with the goal of creating a positive, “Future of Work” -inspired environment around me. I am an experience designer consultant, so I have high hopes for myself!

My metrics of success:

• a four-day work week
• being at least as good a boss to myself as past good bosses I’d had, evidenced by how reasonably I delivered work [as a longtime over-deliverer, I needed this]
• and being paid equitably and equally to my income as an FT employee.
