When you submit your information to sign up for our newsletter or to get a download, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, organization, and email address.

When you sign up for our newsletter or opt-in with a download, we will send you emails about our work, new offerings, and other updates as advertised when you signed up.

When you browse our site, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system and to understand more about how our site is used and in turn to make sure that the site meets your needs.

How do you get my consent?

If you provide us with personal information to sign up for our newsletter or share your contact information to get a download, we explicitly ask that you consent to our collecting it and using it to deliver email updates, informational replies, or download confirmation as you’ve specifically requested.

If you sign up for a download, we ask for consent to use your information for a secondary reason, like updates (marketing); when we do use your information for this reason, we will always provide you with an opportunity to opt out.

If you sign up for a webinar or coaching, you have the option to receive email marketing or not; if you check the box to receive emails, then you well.

If you sign up for an online course, you’ll receive emails related directly to that course, as well as emails related to The Site, relevant to the course.

How do I withdraw my consent?

If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at any time, by using the unsubscribe button in update emails.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.  We will not use your data for any other purpose other than stated in this notice. In particular, we will not share it with any third-parties for marketing purposes.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a trusted third party (Stripe).  Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, our partners implement accepted industry standards.

You acknowledge by using RideFreeFearlessMoney.com (hereafter The Site) to hold RFFM LLC & Hadassah Damien (hereafter “Owners”) indemnified.

That means you agree that any decisions you make after getting information from the Site and Owners are of your own volition and you take full responsibility for all outcomes of your actions and will not hold Owners legally liable for outcomes.

Terms and Conditions of using RideFreeFearlessMoney.com and of working with RFFM LLC (and Hadassah Damien, member RFFM LLC).

  1. No particular outcome is guaranteed.
  2. The Site is for educational purposes only, and is not an invitation to invest nor tax or legal advice.
  3. Anyone reading the site, taking a live or online class, or in coaching agrees to hold both RFFM LLC and Hadassah Damien in indemnity; that means you take full responsibility for your self and your actions, and will not holdRFFM LLC or Hadassah Damien legally liable for any outcome of your actions.

REFUND POLICY

Online Classes

For a live online class that you cancel, you can get a transfer credit if you request it 48 hours or more in advance. You can get a full refund less a 20% handling fee with a request 48 hours or more in advance. After the class is over, no refunds or credits can be given.

In-person Classes

You may get a full transfer to the next, or another comparably priced, class with cancellation 24 hours or more in advance.

Coaching Sessions

You can reschedule any given session once at no charge, no less than 12 hours in advance. For sessions not scheduled in a reasonable timeframe, or rescheduled more than once, I reserve the right to cancel with a full refund less a 10% administrative fee.

After a scheduled meeting time, sessions are non-refundable whether you attended the scheduled time held for you, or not.

All coaching packages and gift certificates are good for 12 months from date of purchase.

Online Courses

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your order. After 30 days, no refunds are given due to the ephemeral nature of the content and the full access you have to all content. All class purchases guarantee access to course materials for one year, or as specified in course materials.
