DAP-Tracks are organized as mixed routes (i.e. one year of total schooling and 2 years of school changing into business training with different foreign exchange ratios, by period. B, 1/4, 2/3, 3/2, etc.) or as accompanying routes, usually consisting of a three-year alternation with different daily release programmes. Most routes, but not all, include 50% or more of company training. When you take an apprentice, you are a mentor and an evaluator of their skills. BCITO training counsellors regularly monitor your apprentice`s progress in relation to NZQA qualifications. All ratings are managed by BCITO, you don`t need to mark the books. The conditions of “professional competence” for the training of apprentices are defined for the different sectors in agreement with the Employers` Chamber (or the Minister for occupations that do not depend on a professional order) with the Chamber of Workers. For initial training, remuneration varies according to occupation/work and qualification programme: the training company “provides initial and continuing training under the official training programme” (labour code, art. L.111-3 (5)). The total number of trainees in 2019/20 represents 26.3% of the total number of learners in higher vocational education. (Professional Training Act 2019, Section 40, paragraph 1); Vocational Training Act 2008, art. 2 (26) Unchanged) Social partners also participate in the final evaluation of the practical part of vocational training.
An apprenticeship contract must be signed at the beginning of the apprenticeship. It is used to validate individual employment agreements between the apprentice and the employer. To begin training, both the employer and the intern sign a training contract (TAG). It is a contract that describes the roles of apprentices and employers and is an agreement between you in accordance with the Employment Relations Act (2000). The TAG also records all the details BCITO needs to register the training at the NZQA and record your apprentice`s progress. Apart from regular learning, the practical part of some CCP and DAP programs can be visited in public training centres (which gives the same qualifications). These routes are aimed at young people who have not been able to find a place for regular training in the company, as well as adults who need to retrain. Before the program begins, an apprenticeship contract is signed by the employer and the apprentice, which explains the main details of the apprenticeship. Your apprentice receives a committed bcito training consultant, who is their professional assessor in the workplace. The role of the training counsellor is to collect and review evidence and assess your apprentice`s skills and knowledge. Training counsellors also help employers help apprentices learn and look after apprentices to help them progress to skilled craftsmen.
